How does Italian Chat work?
Italian Chat uses Bianca, an AI-powered Italian teacher, to provide personalized lessons through WhatsApp. Simply send a message or voice note, and Bianca will respond - whether through text or voice notes back. She adapts to your level, teaching you through natural conversations. No app download needed - just start chatting!
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You'll add a payment method when you start, but you won't be charged during the first seven days. Cancel before the trial ends and you'll pay nothing. If you continue, your selected monthly or yearly plan begins when the trial ends.
How do I get started?
Choose your plan and complete checkout. You'll then receive a WhatsApp message from Bianca and can start your first Italian lesson—no setup or app download needed.
What does “unlimited conversations” include?
Chat and practise with Bianca as much as you like by text or voice, with no ordinary message or session quota. Fair-use safeguards only address automated, repeated, shared, or abusive traffic; they are not a daily allowance for normal learners. See our Terms of Service.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your billing portal or by messaging us on WhatsApp. There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged at all.
Can I learn other languages too?
Yes! Your subscription gives you access to all our other languages too (coming soon). You'll be able to learn multiple languages with the same personalized WhatsApp experience.
