Italian Chat offers new subscribers a 7-day free trial. This policy explains when charges begin, how to cancel and how we handle billing concerns.

Free trial

• You add a payment method when you start your trial
• You are not charged during the first seven days
• Cancel before the trial ends and you will pay nothing
• You receive full Pro access during the trial

Paid subscriptions

If you do not cancel, your selected monthly or yearly subscription begins automatically when the trial ends. Stripe will charge the price and currency shown at checkout.

• Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins
• You can cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges
• Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right that the law gives you

Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly at . Include the email address used at checkout, but never send card details. We will investigate the charge and correct any billing error.
